What the source record says
The FDA removed BPC-157 from Category 2, and PCAC later recommended 503A Bulks List inclusion for the free base and acetate by 8–6–1 votes. Neither action approved a drug or completed FDA's list-placement process; FDA's final determination remains pending.
Why the claim misleads
Regulatory stages are being collapsed. Category 2 removal, 503A list placement, and FDA drug approval are different actions.
