Issue 02 logs the BPC-157 evidence audit, the human-record boundary, and the claims that had to be narrowed.

Corrections

Errors do not disappear into a silent edit.

How to audit a PepCurrent answer

  1. Open the exact claim.

Check that the answer is tied to the same outcome, population, route, product, and date you care about.

  2. Open the strongest source.

Confirm whether it is an FDA record, randomized trial, uncontrolled report, animal study, cell study, or something else.

  3. Read the catch.

Look for what was not studied, what remains unknown, and whether an ingredient name is being confused with a specific product.

  4. Check the version history.

See when the page was reviewed, what changed, and what evidence event would change the answer again.

Machine-readable, not auto-published: The 28-record claim/source registry is public. One system may prepare an update; a separate system must verify its factual claims against primary sources, and publication remains a manual action.
