A 2025 systematic review screened 544 papers and found one human study: 12 people with chronic knee pain, no control group, and no blinding. It found no human tendon-repair trial.

Why the claim misleads

Animal injury models and a small uncontrolled knee-pain series are being described as clinical proof of tendon repair.
