What the source record says
A 610-person phase 3 trial in China reported substantial weight loss with identified mazdutide study material. PepCurrent found no FDA-approved mazdutide product, and FDA has cited U.S. online mazdutide products as unapproved new drugs.
Why the claim misleads
A strong trial in one development program is being converted into U.S. approval and equivalence for products that were not used in the study.
