Privacy Policy
This policy describes PepCurrent’s current public-beta data practices. It is an operational policy, not a statement that an attorney has approved the site. PepCurrent is a free independent editorial publication. It does not sell peptides, run ads, offer accounts, or provide personalized health tools.
What We Collect
- Email subscription information: the email address you enter in the Beehiiv form and the subscription, delivery, open, click, and unsubscribe events Beehiiv processes to operate the list.
- Correspondence: the contents of email you choose to send to a PepCurrent address.
- Technical logs: Vercel may process IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, security events, and error logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
- Font requests: the site currently loads typography from Google Fonts, so a visitor’s browser may make a request to Google.
PepCurrent does not intentionally collect symptoms, diagnoses, medications, doses, lab results, medical records, treatment histories, or other personal health information. Do not send personal medical details through editorial or correction email.
What We Do Not Run
PepCurrent does not currently use a standalone behavioral analytics service, advertising pixel, session replay tool, or cross-site retargeting. Beehiiv’s optional attribution script is disabled. Library search and Claim Check filters run in your browser; PepCurrent does not intentionally transmit or retain the terms you type into them.
How We Use Information
- Maintain the early subscriber list and, after delivery safeguards are complete, send The Peptide Current.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and email delivery.
- Respond to questions, tips, privacy requests, and correction submissions.
- Maintain unsubscribe and consent records and comply with legal obligations.
PepCurrent does not sell or rent personal information and does not share subscriber data with peptide vendors, clinics, pharmacies, advertisers, or data brokers.
Service Providers and Required Disclosures
Beehiiv processes subscriber and email-delivery information. Vercel hosts and secures the site. Google Fonts serves the site’s current font files. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. PepCurrent may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, readers, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe using the link in any Beehiiv email. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your subscription by writing to privacy@pepcurrent.com. PepCurrent will honor reasonable verified requests and may retain limited records when needed for security, legal compliance, or suppression of future email after an unsubscribe.
Retention and Security
Subscription records are kept while you remain subscribed and for a limited period afterward when operationally or legally necessary. Correspondence and technical logs are retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which they were collected. PepCurrent and its providers use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
PepCurrent is written for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact privacy@pepcurrent.com.
Changes and Contact
Material changes will be described on this page by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, through the subscriber list after newsletter delivery begins. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@pepcurrent.com.
